Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything is processed on your computer; files are processed completely offline.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, for processing files. On desktop, purchase and license checks go through the Microsoft Store online, but no files are sent.
Will my original file be changed?
No. Results are always saved as new files and your original stays as it was.
What happens when the trial ends?
All features are locked until you purchase.
Is it a subscription?
No. US$5.99, paid once. Future major updates are free for paid users.
How many computers can I install it on?
The app sets no limit of its own; installs follow your Microsoft Store account rules.
What if I change computers or reinstall Windows?
Your purchase is tied to your Microsoft account. Reinstall from the Microsoft Store with the same account (subject to Microsoft Store account rules).
Can I get a refund?
Payments and refunds are handled by the Microsoft Store under its refund policy. You get a free 30-day full trial before buying, and the 7-day unconditional right of withdrawal does not apply after purchase — see section 4 of the Terms of Use.
What computer do I need?
Windows 11. Windows 10 support is still being evaluated; Windows 7 and 8.1 are not supported.
Can it handle encrypted (password-protected) PDFs?
The File Viewer can open them after you enter the password. Other tools, such as split, merge and edit, cannot process encrypted PDFs yet — please remove the password in the original software first.
Is the signature a digital signature?
No. The signature feature places a signature image on the page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature.
Does it support iPhone HEIC photos or Word to PDF?
Not at the moment. Convert HEIC photos to JPG first, and save Word, Excel or PowerPoint files as PDF in Office.
Does this website collect my data?
This website only uses Cloudflare’s anonymous statistics for aggregate numbers such as page views, and uses no cookies. See the Privacy Policy.
